I was here 2 years ago and couldn't wait to come back. If it wasn't for the great bilingual waitress I might not have has such a great dish; actually one waitress spoke excellent English but didn't think she was good enough. I told her she was. Can't wait to come back again. Price was good too. Pacini, come to Ontario.
Terrible service. Staff are not well trained and the management shows no guidance. Unfortunately this is the first time I've ever had to give such a bad review but I was incredibly dissatisfied with the service. The food was not that bad though.
Pacini used to be a place where we'd eat when we were students. The food was decent, if not particularly varied, and the only thing Italian about it was the "I" at the end. But it was inexpensive. Now, it costs a fortune to have banal food. The lemon pie is served in a verrine si small that they need an extra small spoon for it. The service was fine.
The waitress extremely nice I for sure recommend great service food was exquisite and served quicky so would go back any time
They need to update the menu from the 90s and increase the quality of the food they offer. The waiter was really nice.
Food was good but it took over 1hr to receive our food. The place was pretty much empty when we got there

The food was nothing to write home about. I had the carbonara, which left an unpleasant taste in my mouth. Will not return.
The desert was the best part. And the service was excellant.
