Restaurant Pacini Alma

We ate both breakfast & dinner here. Nice to have the restaurant in the hotel on a night it was raining and we didn't want to walk outside. Loved the bread station.

The new Italian ambiance and menu feels a bit cheesy, but food is good and service fair. The do have keto options, which is unexpected for an Italian place.

Good atmosphere, the food is ok, not amazing, and the service is what really disappointed me, is extremely slow and zero in customer service and is not a one day impression, it was consistent for one entire week, every day

Great food. The kids’ menu includes a drink, an appetizer, and a small dessert, plus the bread grill. Amazing value for a family. My husband took the veal with mushroom sauce and I took the mushroom pizza with an Italian salad. Everything was very tasty. Friendly service, timely and always smiling. Only draw back was the dessert, which tasted liked frozen. We will be back on our next vacation.

I loved it, the food was sooo good. Customer service could have been a bit better though.
