Car une fois un excellent local libre sur Marie-Victorin dans le vieux Boucherville, l’atelier TB y est née. Aujourd’hui moi et mon épouse avons été y dîner. Entrée partagée. Puis un poke bowl végétarien chacun digne de faire rêver tant les végétariens que les autres et avec cela, une salade à partager avec du canard confit. Wow! Ce fut le meilleur dîner au restaurant que nous avons mangé depuis des lustres. Endroit incontournable. On y sera à l’avenir des adeptes. Car tout y est parfait. Merci!!!
