Story

Le Bistro le coup monté
est le tout nouveau restaurant branché « apportez votre vin » de Repentigny.

Situé en plein centre-ville, le Bistro le coup monté se veut une réponse à une demande pressante dans la région: une table haut de gamme où l’on peut apporter ses meilleures bouteilles de vin.

Au Bistro le coup monté, vous retrouverez une cuisine d’inspiration française faisant la part belle aux produits locaux. Le menu du chef Benjamin De Châteauneuf est composé de classiques de la cuisine bistro traditionnelle ainsi que de plats inspirés par ses 10 années d’expérience dans plusieurs restaurants renommés de Montréal.

Raffinée et sans prétention, la cuisine du bistro est toujours savoureuse et respectueuse des producteurs locaux. Bien ancré dans son époque, le menu tient compte des saisons et des arrivages.

Le Bistro le coup monté est issu de la collaboration entre le chef copropriétaire Benjamin de Châteauneuf, Matthieu Bonneau, Betty-Anne Plante et Simon Fichault.

Simply amazing! Had a great night out with friends and family! The food and service was great! Definitely recommend this restaurant!

Nice small restaurant with a cool private patio. Great place for those who likes to be suprise since you will find unusual flavour mixte on the menu. We LOVE everything we had! For a small extra the "Table d'Hôte" option is a 5 courses! It is a BYOW.

The food was absolutely excellent. It was vibrant, fun and delicious. We were served by three different individuals and the service was mixed. The first waitress was rather rude when she realized that we hadn't brought a wine bottle. The place is BYOB but apparently it blew her mind that we would dare want to drink water. So we ordered a sparkling water and had to face the really sweet second waitress that insisted four times in trying to refill our glasses with tap water while they were half full of sparkling water. I know it sounds really strange to complain about something like this but I usually don't like tap water in Montréal, tastes really awful...so if I pay to get a nice bottle of water, I don't want to it but muddled up by something I hate to drink. The final waiter brought us our food in a timely manner and was really really good. The food was a lot of fun and I would give it another because in the end, it's what really matters...
