Wonderful! Dining here was a great experience, straight out of "Mad Men". We loved the in-the-shell escargot, made at the table Caesar salad, and our entrees. I had the steak tartar. It was delicious! I've always wanted to try it, and I enjoyed it immensely. I would have liked a better selection of beers, but the wine list was extensive.

I feel the order of raw meat in air. The food was good just potato was cooked more than usual and the sauce of meet was completely in really dark colour.

The food was delicious! The service was interesting, I found some of them to be slightly grumpy but I chalked that up to some people bring in Hawaiian style shirts and shorts vs jackets... But I was in a polo and felt comfortable. If possible I recommend dressing up but I wasn't going to travel with a jacket for one restaurant. Back to the food, I enjoy steak and have had better quality steak before but the experience was top notch! Be prepared to spend a fair amount of money but is well worth it!

Wow. Alittle piece if oldfashioned French haute cusine. An experience to remember. A must on a trip to Quebec City.

Atmosphere of a very classy restaurant. Went for Christmas and before proposal. Mains are cooked in front of you. Filet mignon was pretty good, shrimps and snails too. Have a complimentary valet parking too
