Place might be great but we'll never know because you can't get through on the telephone to even attempt to make a reservation.   voicemail seriously? They have lost their ability to connect with humans. talking to a completely automated system is horrible.

Ate at Latour for my birthday. Food - Excellent. Service - Excellent. Ambiance - Excellent. Sunset - Beautiful. Not sure I have had a better dining experience... ever.

I read a lot of reviews and made me go there finally.
So here are the facts.
If you haven't been to really high end restaurant and it's probably your first or second experience than it may be considered good.
But if you have been to Per se, Daniels, Lautrec, 11 Madison etc...
Than this restaurant has following ratings:-(personal opinion only) 
Ambiance 1.5
Food 3.5-4.0
Service 4+ (staff is very pleasant)

Not a place I say just go...

Great Food!!
Older crowd b/c it's pricy, but a place I love in north jersey. very fresh!
