Restaurant La Bonne Patate

I love La Bonne Patate for the atmosphère they have. Feels so nostalgic with the juke box, 75 cent enough to made me happy

Great fries and hotdogs, poutine a must!

Upon entering the restaurant, the space is small. You can almost hear everyone's conversations and it hard not to glance at the table next to you. If you're someone that likes a totally private dining experience then this is not for you. They have a pretty hefty selection of wines considering they only seat 20 people per night.

I didn't particularly like the poutine but the cheese curds were really good. Hate that they use miracle whip instead of real mayo, it ruins a chicken burger. The staff was really warm tho. Loved madame Lauraine!

Hot dogs undercooked, Michigan's weren't Michigan's, they were hotdogs with spaghetti sauce, and the poutine had chicken gravy....not even sure if they realize they are a "cssse-croute" in Quebec.

I ordered my Poutine. But then found out that they fry their pogo's and bacon in the same oil. So didn't take it. The cashier was kind enough to return the money though. Disappointing.

Enjoy one of the best poutine in the region!

Authentic poutine, pretty spot on! Burger was dry but the poutine is worth the detour!
