Restaurant Itamea

Food is good and nicely presented. Staff are nice. The portions are big. But the soup is a little bit salty and the place is small.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant a few nights ago for a friend I had over and myself. While she was eating a spring roll she found a large bug inside the spring roll. I called the restaurant the next day asking for a refund but they wouldn't give it to me saying the spring roll was just burnt and that they would give me a free meal on my next order. I told them I wasn't planning on ever eating at their restaurant again but I agreed because I saw they were trying to make things better. I called back today and they changed their mind and would only give me a free order of spring rolls. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I will post the picture of my receipt and the bug in the photos and have called the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
