Restaurant Indian Kwality

We order simple Vegetarian food from this restaurant and it was good and hot. We order it over the phone and order was prepared within time. Lady was friendly and speaks very politely. I gave four starts instead of five because of the half cooked potatoes from one gravy. Rest all good and reasonable price. Location of this restaurant is convenient too. Recommend, try it out for typical desi taste..!!

We have been going to Kwality for over 15 years, and with good reason. The food is always excellent, and they always treat their customers well. Highly recommended!

My family has been going to this restaurant for many years. The food is consistently excellent, with generous portions and fresh ingredients. It's a family run business. The service is informal, and the hard-working female owner does not fuss over clients. Customers complaining about service are obviously looking for something other than delicious food.

I like allo tikki from them. Tried thali as well, but since I’m South Indian, personally i didn’t like their thali.

Finger licking Delicious food, quick delivery, well packed. Portions are good as well ! We ordered Chana curry Butter chicken Papri chaat Combo no 4 Daal makhani Naan Rice

Ordered only 3 aloo paratha by phone. Arrived after 20 mins to collect my food. The lady at counter made me pay for the items and made me wait another 20 mins in the restaurant. All in all they needed 40 mins to prepare a small order? When I said the service was very slow she had the audacity to say "ok have a good day". I didn't argue with her as I know she has a bad reputation for customer service. To sum it up very slow restaurant and prices very high ad well. Go ahead to this place if u want to empty put ur pockets!

My son went in and accidentally paid the lady for 2 chicken sandwiches that we already ordered which was not at her restaurant. He accidentally went into her restaurant. She didn’t tell him and instead acted like it was from her restaurant. So he paid her. He didn’t realize at first but then we realized and tried to cancel less than a minute after speaking to her. She rudely advised that she cannot cancel because she already made the sandwiches. I was shocked because how can someone make a sandwich this fast? She refused to cancel the order but I advised I can’t eat her sandwiches and we didn’t even place it at her restaurant. We only eat halal. She did not respect my religions requirement and demanded I take the sandwiches still. I told her eventually that she can even keep the money but let me take some sweets or anything else that’s veggie. I only eat halal. I can’t eat her sandwiches. She refused to accommodate this. She was extremely rude. She lacked any courtesy for her customers. This was the worst customer service. She was arguing so much and I felt so disrespected. Then her husband joined her and began attacking me as well. I was trying to resolve the situation by even explaining that mistakes happen but we can’t eat their meat so let me just take something else. Also, I would never have eaten her sandwiches because how can someone make sandwiches in less than a minute? It shows she doesn’t serve fresh meat. In the end, I left without anything and she kept the money. Horrible customer service. I will never go back.

After having experience the lady at the counter's attitude I will make sure I never step foot or recommend this place to anyone. The price you pay for samosas is based on her mood and when you question her, she has the audacity to blame it on the oil price which has apparently jumped from 16$ to 45$..what a scam.. She has the confidence to overcharge you when No-one else is in her restaurant so just beware.

Wow. I wasn't checking the time but they still managed to accept our large order just 3 minutes before closing time. I don't recommend you do that BUT what I do recommend is supporting this small business as much as you possibly can. These guys have been consistent with our orders and have never missed an a beat with their food. Absolutely delicious.
