I went there for a happy hour with old co-workers and we had a lot of fun. Great atmosphere... Food was good... Fast service and friendly staff!
The location of Houston is great and the interior design of this restaurant is awesome. So if you are a youngster with little experience or really hungry after a 5a7 - go for it. Otherwise stay away. The service was poor, the beers were flat to the point of returning them my medium rare Porterhouse steak 48$.... was brown and overall overpriced. On the bride side - they want you to live healthy. So salt and pepper are optional... no shakers on the table.
The service was horrible and the food was just as bad. They play club music so loud you cant even have a conversation with the person in front of you. The ‘’waitress’’ was more focused on serving our groups drinks to make more tips than taking our food order. it took two hours until someone got fed up and asked the manager to take our orders. An hour and a half later we get our appetizers.... look at my ‘’salad’’ in the pictures.... So sad. An hour later we got our main meals. The Bavette was supposed to come with mashed patatoes but they served it with cold fries. the veggies were definitely frozen before and they overcooked them like crazy. They were so soft and filled with oil they were inedible. The only good thing was my piece of meat, it was cooked perfectly but the sauce they put over it tasted like a sauce straight out of a can. Overall avoid this restaurant, its freaking horrible. Nothing about it was good. Just look at all the 1 star comments, this place needs new management and waitresses asap. ya
I’ve been to this restaurant in March of this year for my birthday and I really enjoyed myself, the food and service was good. So when I got an invitation to my friends baby shower early November, I was excited to be returning to this restaurant... that is until I got my food. I ordered the California salad and was thrown off when I discovered a dirty piece of the salad wrapper under layers of lettuce! I mentioned it to the waitress, who was able to have me speak with the manager outside of the private room. He wasn’t very empathetic, and simply said “I find this very hard to believe because our salad is pre-packaged.” Which surprises me even more because even if it’s pre-packaged, they don’t have wash their salad even if it’s prewashed. This wrapper was big and dirty and it was served to me in my salad and all he says afterwards is “well I don’t know what kind of joke this is” . I sat there at this dinner event starving as meal wasn’t replaced until I was leaving and even then, I was thrown off that I didn’t eat it. I wouldn’t return.
Tasty steaks and good service, but music too loud and ran out of some of the most popular wines on the menu. However is well located and overall we had a good time
The food wasn't amazing, a little bland. The service received from the waiter on the other hand was great! He was very attentive considering we were a group of 15.
Nice ambience with high style decors. Loved the chicken be it appetizer or main. Calamari was bit ok.
$26 plate from the lunch menu The appetizer had a delicious topping but was frozen then heated bread - you would lose a tooth chewing through it As for the salmon, it was tasteless... Could be my luck, as the other food being served looked really good The serving of the food was slow though, considering it's lunch time/lunch hour and they should be well prepped for that.
Food is decent. They messed up on my steak order but we're willing to replace with a new meal.
Great ambience and friendly staff. Excellent menu selection and the lobster tacos are excellent. Jen the bar tender/mixologist the best. No regrets with her level of customer service.
