Restaurant Chez Nicolas Dejeuner&Diner

We are from PEI, we stopped in on our morning back home from visiting family in Ontario. We wanted something cheap and filling Well you get what you pay for. For $7 you couldn't get anymore food. 2 eggshell done your way, ham bacon or sausage, toast, home fries fresh fruit, coffee and creton tell me anywhere else you can get that much food for that price and it was mighty tasty. My husband and I would go back each time we go through Laval. We were very impressed customers.

Good value, but 2 things were really disappointed. Their salmon benedictine was way too saucy, the entire plate was covered in sauce, and the sauce was very watery too. Also dislike their flavorless sausage. Their crepes were really good though and again for the price you pay, you get decent amount of stuff.

Great food, excellent price,much better than the bigger chain brand breakfast places.

Very traditional food, low prices but low quality. Not a trendy place in any way, they do the basics and seem to have a loyal costumer base..Not my type

Is is called Chez Nicolas right now, the new owners changed the entire restaurant and made it incredibly nice and warm. The food is the best breakfast food I had in and around Montreal and the prices are very attractive. Loved it and can't stop going there at least once a week :)
