First time visiting this restaurant. Did a fast take out order of a poutine see picture. Lots of cheese and the sauce had pepper in it. I can’t say anything about the wait staff as I didn’t dine in. I had a poutine craving and this hit the mark. Not the best poutine I’ve had but it was good and if I’m ever back in the area, I’d pick it up again.
Surprisingly good. I had chicken brochettes with Ceasar salad. No choice of wines though.Food: 5/5
Fast delivery but terrible pizza. Doesn't help that it was burnt. At the price they are charging, they have a lot of gall letting this get out the front door.
I used to love this place. They usually make a very good quality pizza, fries, poutine, clubs, etc but the past few weeks haven’t been good. I ordered take out . One week I realized after I came home after waiting 30 minutes over the original estimated time to have very cold stale fries. Fine, they offered me free family fries for next time. Tonight, I ordered pizza and fries for pick-up at 6pm and was told to pick up at 6:45pm. I showed up at 6:30pm to be sure. Waited until 7:05pm. I politely asked the girl if my order was on its way. She told me yes. I finally get my. order at 7:20pm, got home in 5 minutes. Pizza, fries all cold. You make me wait for what exactly? Cold pizza? You see me waiting there while others were coming and going. I don’t mind waiting and I am quite understanding. Especially for Bravo because their food is awesome. They offered 15% discount? Really? Don’t waste people’s time , hire more staff and/ or train them better. If I am going to wait that long, I might as well just prepare my own dinner. I am really upset because they really do offer a great product and I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years.
Waitress was polite, nice and friendly . They have a good food .
I ordered $100 of food. Waited 1.5 hours and food was cold. Owner offered 30% off next order ….. what if it’s cold again? Just wanted my food to be edible! Very disappointed.
Me and my friends went to the restaurant were all teenagers, and the waitress takes down our first item and says “ you guys can pay for this right?” After we say yes she asks to see our money, I found this very inappropriate, and did not like the way she personally targeted us because we were younger. Food was very good though
Orders are usually wrong and they called telling me after placing my uber eats order and said my tip wasn't enough and that if I dont tip more I can’t order again despite me tipping 20%. Very bizarre place
Bravo is.. Okay. The food is good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired if you ask for delivery. Delivery times are either very good or very bad, and they tend to make mistakes on orders. We were given the wrong order completely one time, and another they forgot a salad we'd paid for. Dining in is the better option, and the waitresses were always very nice and friendly.
Had subs, they were okay but I've had much better elsewhere. Fries were overcooked, dry and hard.Food: 3/5
