Toujours bon..toujours fresh... le brunch is all day ! My top recommendations are not in order of preference but appereance campagnard, brunch fruitée, crepes chocobanane, le coulis est yum yummi dabadou.... hotel /resort all inclusive Mexico like service so very very good . Horrible service. We had been sitting there for 20 minutes and no one came to see us. The restaurant was not even full and the waitresses kept making eye contact with us. Not even a glass of water or a hello from them. They kept taking orders from tables that were sat after us and leaving. It’s like they were avoiding us because we are anglophone. In the end, we got up and went to Boston Pizza across, who had better service and more food options. We used to drive from Montreal to go to this Normandin. Never again.
The waitresswas awesome. But the food was... not bad, not good. Burger taste great but bread was burned. Breakfeast sausage undercooked. Coffee cup dirty. Replace but took 10mins. Not was it used to be...
Waitress was polite and efficient...the eggs benedict were PERFECT! Just what I needed..been going to Normandin for years. They are based in Quebec City and this is the closest one to me now I live in Brossard. Pizza and spag are the best! Very representative of Quebec style pizza.
The food was ok at best but it's cheap so its hard to complain about that, but the service was less than stellar. Got our food, asked for utensils since we didn't have any and ketchup. Got tired of waiting so we took forks and knives from another table. Finally when we are almost finished we finally get the utensils and the ketchup we asked for. Also the soft drinks were flat which at this point just made us laugh. Not horrible, but honey you can easily find better.
The service was great, the beer was cold, but the main attraction, the food, was not up to my expectations for the price I paid. The soup had a weird spice, the Texan panini was dry and tasteless, the poutine is much better next door at Boston Pizza! It also took a long time for my party of 5 to be seated. Must be better for lunch?
We waited an hour to get food which when came was not edible. We watched people who sat down when we did, eat, and leave. We ordered a burger and a club sandwich. We finally asked our waitress about our food and she told us the burger was sitting ready but not the club sandwich. We decided to cancel our order after 45mins and the manager said our food would be right out and that the burger wasnt ready. Waitress told mgr that it was. We waited another 15mins to have our food delivered. The club sandwich looked like it was thrown together literally and the burger bun was burnt black and the meat was cold. The manager previously said our meal would be free but when it came out like that she even she couldnt believe it. Wont be going back!
By far one of the most prejudice discriminating restaurants establishments me and my family have ever been to in Montreal!! They did not allow our service dog which we had federal documentations for that has been allowed even in hospitals and other fine establishments and on top of that they threatened to kick us out due to our race and the fact that we had a small puppy with us. The most terrible, disgraceful staff and management and attitude we have ever received. They told us to take our dog and leave Montreal since we are from Toronto and that was the most shocking and rude thing we’ve ever heard. I hope they are shut down and I highly recommend no one ever visits this place.
