Rest Assured Pet Cremation

Rest Assured Pet Cremation went above and beyond for us. We had to put down our young dog, Chunk, the Wed evening before Thanksgiving. We were faced with trying to find a place to take his body for cremation after hours before everything was closed for the holiday. Not only did Rest Assured Pet Cremation meet us at their office after hours, they handled Chunk's body with respect and compassion. I am incredibly grateful for their kindness, compassion, and sympathy during this difficult time. I would highly recommend them.

I am grateful for the compassionate, kind way we were treated when we brought our beloved pet in shortly after his passing at home. I was in the depths of grief. I appreciated the way in which the person at the front desk handled the logistics. I recommend this business highly!

Our family dog passed away unexpectedly during the holiday season and we were in the process of moving so we had no where to bury him. It was very difficult to find a place to get him cremated almost no place was available for that and the one place available was the 24 hour emergency vet on Q st in Springfield and they wanted a ridiculous amount of money just to cremate him (almost $300) and they wanted to charge us $50 for the urn. Also they had absolutely no care that my family and I were a sobbing mess, they just wanted our cash and they practically pushed us out the door so we wouldn't disturb their clients. We were able to get a hold of Rest Assured and they were very understanding, sympathetic and supportive. They only charged us $80 for the cremation and nothing for the urn. They made an unpleasant situation tolerable.

I would highly recommend you use this service, compssionate people who understand our 4 paws are family. They have taken care of our Aussie, just made a call for our Nig boy to be at forever peace! Thank you David and Nalan for your hentle and kind service!
