We Went for dinner for a bachelorette party and we had a great time! The service was excellent and our server was super friendly and attentive. She offered recommendations and helped us chose drinks/apps. The food was phenomenal, we tried the orecchiette pasta, deep woods bruschetta, and the crispy mushroom salad. Everything was delicious and piping hot. 100% Recommend
Absolutely exceptional — our go-to place for celebrating life’s best momentsnnRespect is Burning Kitchen and Bar continues to set the bar for outstanding dining in Sudbury. This is the restaurant we choose when the moment matters — anniversaries, milestones, or simply when we want an unforgettable meal paired with impeccable service.nnThe food is consistently excellent. Not “great once in a while” excellent — truly exceptional every single visit, which is rare and worth celebrating.nnOn this visit, Andrea and Todd shared the Shrimp and Calamari Fritto Misto, and Andrea declared — without hesitation — that it’s the best calamari she has ever had. Light, perfectly seasoned, and prepared exactly right. A standout.nnAlthough listed as an appetizer, Andrea ordered the Arrabbiata Mussels Hot Pot as her main because the portion is incredibly generous — and because she genuinely loves their take on mussels. Bold, flavourful, comforting, and expertly prepared. This dish is a favourite for a reason.nnTodd ordered the Back Ribs “Rosticciana”, which may very well be his favourite dish at any restaurant. He keeps coming back to it — tender, rich, deeply flavourful, and unforgettable. A must-order.nnAnd then there’s the service. Thea was absolutely phenomenal — personable, witty, kind, and exceptionally good at what she does. The perfect balance of warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. It’s clear that both the kitchen and floor staff here operate at an incredibly high level — everyone works together seamlessly to create a memorable dining experience.nnRespect is Burning Kitchen and Bar delivers on every level: food, consistency, atmosphere, and service. Five huge stars — and then some. If you’re looking for one of the best dining experiences in Sudbury, this is it.
Apps were good, but slow service and the music is ridiculously loud. The steak was not what I was expecting. For the price I paid I was expecting to enjoy it, but it was tough, chewy, and too much fat and veins. Overall, I found it to be a waste of money, $65 for steak that was beyond subpar. I would have sent it back, but by the time the server came back to the table it was to late in the night to waste more time waiting, so grabbed the cheque and left. But again, the calamari and shrimp with fries was delicious. Update!!! After bring it home I tried to have it for lunch, but proved to be more difficult to cut and consume than previously mentioned. I hope others have better experiences, but I don't believe I would be willing to give their steak a second chance. But if you're feeling adventurous and looking for decent apps and music louder than you would want, I definitely recommend Respect is Burning!
Amazing food and atmosphere! Loved the beef carpaccio, salad, bruschetta bread, and the espresso martini was excellent. Friendly staff, and a great overall vibe. Highly recommend Respect Is Burning!
The food and service here is amazing. Good drinks, good ravioli. But the music in here is SO LOUD, we could barely hear our waitress and it definitely made us want to leave early. Had it been quieter this place would be a 10/10, however I can't see this being the type of place I could bring family too because of the noise level.
