My 11 night stay was very pleasant. I came for business. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. I felt safe and comfortable for the duration of my stay. When I arrived my room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I love the finish touch of the housekeepers leaving the towels nicely folded in a design. It was very welcoming to come into my room and see. Whenever I needed any additional essentials, it was provided to me swiftly. The staff was very responsive communicating in the Bonvoy app. It was also a great surprise to have complimentary access to Max TV streaming service. The gym had the essentials for a workout and the indoor pool was open. This is a great location near a outdoor shopping mall and restaurants walking distance away. Its also a bike and running path behind the hotel. Plenty of complimentary parking also available. I would highly recommend!
The staff here was very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect and everything clean. Definitely will stay again. UPDATED: Okay I did in fact stay again and once again received the same friendly service. I can't say enough about how nice the staff is that works there! Room was once again excellent!
We had a nice stay except the hot tub was broken! Free breakfast has a nice variety of options. Room was clean and kitchen suite had decent utensils, plates, cups and pans.
If you're staying for a week between moving, Residence Inn is perfect. Quiet, big rooms and very friendly staff.
The location is very good between the airport and the EPICnThe room was clean and spacious. Also, it has all the essentials.nFree parking is available.nBreakfast was decent, to be fair.nThere is a gym. However, I haven't tried it..nThe staff were nice as well.
