I highly recommend Rescue Plumbers, the representative that answers the phone is very friendly, & professional. She understood what I needed and got someone out to us in a timely manner. Joe showed up at the scheduled time, he is also very friendly, professional and takes the time to explain what is needed. Very considerate on pricing and he works quickly and did not leave a mess. When he arrived, he remembered that we actually used him to install a new toilet that Lowe's recommended. And They're a Local company, which I really appreciate too
I emailed them for a quote, Joe came out to my house within the hour. I had a leaking copper pipe, he fixed it in under an hour, also he replaced the water regulator. All in all, fast service, Joe was reliable and honest. The price wasn’t too bad, I had to get these things fixed so I was willing to pay what it took. I would use their service again in a heartbeat.
They sent Joe to come help us with the leak in our kitchen. It would only happen when we used the washer. They responded quickly, came same day, and fixed it. Joe was really honest about what he was doing and did a good job about telling us what he was doing and why. We will definitely be calling him again if we have any more problems. Great service and very courteous.
On Saturday September 20, 2018 I called Rescue Plumbers Inc. The Great!!! experience started with the receptionist and continued with the technician Joe. When he arrived at my home on time, he was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate, which I immediately agreed toweekday price! on a weekend as we all know plumbing companies are notorious to double there fee's on the weekend. Not!!! Rescue Plumbers. I can say I was truly Rescued by Joe the Technician and Rescue Plumber Inc. Thank's Again!!!
Awesome response time. I was without water because of a cracked pipe underneath my mobile home. A friend of mine referred Rescue Plumbers. Joe the technician was professional and fixed my leak issue I was very pleased with the company and they were very reliable. Thank you Joe and Rescue Plumbers!
We have had them do several jobs in our house and our son’s house. They have installed a hot water heater, three low flow toilets, replaced shower and sink appliances and have repaired a water leak in the wall. Professional, polite and respond when called. Well worth the call and the service is excellent.
They answered immediately. I was having trouble having someone come out to my house on a Saturday night, but they came through and they were very helpful and friendly. Victor was very professional and friendly. I called about 15 different plumbers by far these were the best. I strongly recommend them. I will definitely keep there number for any future problems I might have.
I thought i had a leak in my wall and it turns out that i didnt. They didnt try to get me into unnessary work. With my fears of everything going wrong in the house plumbing wise, they could have tried to make a big deal of it. he came out and was very nice and talkative and even saved me a lot of money on another issue. It was a very good experience
