This place has THE best display of reptiles you will ever see in your life. It isn't a Guinness World Record holder for nothing. The shows (snake, gator, and bird) are very interactive and informative with guests. The dome has hundreds of displays that are clean, and a good suitable size for the reptiles. The people who work there are very polite and very open. Every time I'm in South Dakota for a weeks long stay I visit about 2-3 times which I've been doing for the past 12 years or so, and I never plan on stopping.

Was an excellent visit for a very reasonable price!!!! Kids were amazed with animals and loved the crocodile , bird and snake show. Spent 3 hours exploring the large area of exhibits. Touching tortoises and even a baby croc. Once you pay once you can get season pass for free to enjoy the rest of year without any cost!!!!!! I absolutely love it every time I come here.

This place was clean, the staff was courteous and kind, and the number of exotic reptile species was very surprising for a little place in the Black Hills. And not least, the animals appear well cared for and each has a well maintained terrarium/aquarium. The center garden is amazing and the grounds beautiful.

Reasonably priced and huge variety of reptiles. The snake show was great! Thank you so much for allowing leashed, well behaved dogs. Very much appreciated

Loved it. A lot of the things on the one side were closed. Don't know why. Like Rattlesnake Gultch. But other than that pretty awesome. Loved the snake & bug tank decor, so cute & creative. Bird and snake show was good for kids and adults.
