LOVE AND PRIDE that’s what I feel when I walk among true Hero’s who have given the most for their country and nothing I can do or say will ever be enough to show you how much I truly thank everyone of you who have ever served this country and making sure that Democracy reigns another day in the setting sun while we live in a happy America
As a local guide I LOVE visiting this place. There is a lot of nice people that you can meet there too. Often they have great stories to tell and it seems like some have a type of spiritual experience. The last time I was there a kind woman was having one of those experiences with the eagle in the middle of the park. God bless America. There is also 8 flags out there. Lot's of cool history. The only part I do not like is that peoples dogs use the area as their own personal bathroom. Most people clean it up. There is also a gentleman who lives in the apartments down the road that NEVER picked up his pet waste. After I confronted him I never seen him or his large german shepherd in the park again. MAKING RENTON GREAT AGAIN ONE DAY AT A TIME!
I love how the city of Renton put this here for us to remember. Thank you all who has come before us, your sacrifice is not for gotten.
