I can say the price when purchasing was great though I think other dealers would have been just as close. Issue is if you need your car repaired be prepared for many trips to and from. I have had my 2016 Honda in for service several times for the same repairs. My car is in need of a battery yes a simple battery though after 3 jump starts they still have yet to replace it. I will bring to a closer dealer for warranty repairs.

You can buy a car anywhere for near the same price. Yes they put up a new building and all I can say is I am glad that was subbed out so I feel safe when entering. Reason for that info is I have had my Honda in to many times to counts and still not fixed. If and when they get good tech and service then they will receive more stars. For now stay away unless you live very close to drop your car off repeatedly. When I go I make a game of it. It's like Vegas you just have to roll the dice.

My Pilot died the day after Christmas. By far the worst time of year and to say I was upset would be an understatement. We got pricing for a new engine and it wasn't worth it. I went back to the dealership I bought it from and knew immediately that I wasn't being offered a good deal. I felt taken advantage of due to my crappy situation. A friend got me in touch with Andy James of Rensselaer Honda on a weekend. He went to look at my car while it was at the mechanic and got me numbers on the car I was interested in THE NEXT DAY, while he was on vacation. This morning at 10:30, he called me with a deal on a brand new 2017 Pilot with all the features I was looking for, at a price lower than I expected. I walked out of the dealership at 5:30(probably would have been earlier but I was at work). Every single person we interacted with was amazing and they deservingly earned a new family! I couldn't be happier!

Everyone at Rensselaer Honda was great! Joe spent two hours patiently going over every detail and answering every question we had. Audrey picked up where Joe left off and was extremely patient and helpful answering all of our questions about leasing a new Honda. Ellen was excellent helping with the setup of the settings and preferences of the Civic. Casey was great showing us the various lease options and coverages. We were able to take our time and didn't feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. I think that is what impressed us the most and set this dealer apart from the competition. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Honda.

From start to finish by far the best auto dealership I have worked with in the capital district. The sales staff was extremely friendly, the finance process was easy and straightforward. I love my new Honda, and thank Rensselaer Honda for their outstanding service!!!
