I recommend Rénovations Larocque very highly. My mom purchased new windows and a new front door from them and the service was outstanding. M. Larocque and his team did an amazing job. Not only was the work done flawlessly, but they cleaned up everything after the job was done so that there was no mess to take care of later on. M. Larocque was a pleasure to deal with when we were at the store and I want to make a special note of how honest he was. It turned out that my mom had overpaid for her windows and he came by in person to deliver a refund cheque. It's very hard to find businesses with such integrity. Five stars!!!
Resurfaced my front stairs and installed new ramps. Wonderful job and service. Sebastien is very maticulous. Better than what I had expected. Ramps took longer than expected but it's outsourced so not really their fault. Pricey but good.
Horrible service! They took over 6 weeks to deliver our door and once delivered, they realized they hadn’t included the door handle!!!! Wait another week for the the door handle. The guy installs the door and ruins the electrical wiring to the doorbell. Now the doorbell isn’t working. When I call to tell him, he could care less and says he didn’t do anything. Kind of hard to lie to an electrical engineer buddy. Avoid this store at all costs!!! Invest your money with a company who cares about customer service and quality!
