Purchased my house, had no idea how to use some of the things it came with. Rather than turn knobs and burn my house down. Rene was able to come over have explain to me in detail on how everything worked. Nap 9600 furnace and some nap propane wood stove. Year later. The propane furnace burner is rusted out and since I'm the 2nd owner the 10 year warranty does not apply. Had him come in for just a clean and service started at 1:30 pm ending at 4:00 and the rusted part is still in there. Going to have to wait for a replacement.

Had an ac failure yesterday and it is very hot 28+... hotter weather forecast for the next few days. .. Checked Google for an hvac repair shop and found Rene's Total Hone Comfort. .. Placed a call to them at 8:03 am. .. Spoke to the girl who answered the phone and explained our situation. She advised that they were very busy, but possibly, one of their staff would be able to come out if they finished up early. .. that was fine by me. At the end of our conversation, I specifically asked her to call me back either way, to let me know. .. No call was received, so I called them again at 5:05 pm and it was answered by the answering service! !! They were closed for the day. .. No service. ..no return phone call. .. nothing. .. Even if they couldn't make it out today, I had asked for a return call. That's really what upset me. ..

We got our new furnance and hot water tank thru Rene's Total Home Comfort. Extremely happy with their service.

Just had our new propane furnace and a/c unit installed. Cozy and warm now on this blustery day! Thanks to Rene and his crew for a job well done. We're very happy!

Replaced our HVAC system in good time, on time, and at the price they quoted. No surprises at the end. And they seemed to have a good time doing it!
