Remark Fresh Market is about absolute quality. This jem has been in he same location on Howard for years. The store is very welcoming, clean and well stocked. They have a great selection of pantry and fridge items including their support for locally owned businesses that can be found throughout the store. If you are looking for a nice selection of ready to eat meals they also have those available along with fresh salads, soups, dips that are all made in house. They have a butcher with fresh meats, steaks, kabobs etc along with a wonderful deli selection great location to grab items to make a cheese and meat tray. They also have a selection of frozen food ready meals, small bakery area and frozen sea food. The produce here is always exceptional which is reflected in the prices.nnCurrently the store is allowing in store shopping during stage 2, there is an overhang to stay dry when waiting in line to enter the store and staff are sanitizing the carts and all wearing face masks.
This place was awesome, in Windsor on business from US. The best prepared meals ever. Ham sandwiches, Berry Salads, Ribs, Salisbury Steak...mac and cheese, all types of salads! Super select food, super good!nMini-Tarts, OMG!
The women in the Deli are wonderful. I asked about egg salad sandwiches, one went and got the egg salad, one showed me all the bread choices and another offered to do the clean up behind the making of my sandwiches. We chatted, lots of smiles; a truly pleasant experience!
A lot of organic and high-quality selections could be found here. But the variety is rather limited. I shopped here mostly for fruits, breads, meats, and flowers. Sometimes the flowers section offers special deals. I have tried out many cakes bars and desserts. I believe you can get something better in other stores. I bought a small bunch of 5 parrot tulips for 9.99, before tax. Sadly, I could only keep them for 2 days. I will never buy any special deals anymore.
Very fresh fruits and vegetables. Baked daily sweets. Clean and organized. Wide variety of prepared meals in family and individual servings.
