Bought a new vehicle back in August and had the best customer service at Reliable Ford! I ended up visiting a few different dealers looking at new and used vehicles but decided to make my purchase from Reliable because of their customer service. It was the little things that made it worth the drive from the City to this dealer. My sales rep Justine was great to deal with. I'd have no problems recommending Reliable to family and friends. The only downside was that I didn't get to meet McCoy.

The staff at Reliable Ford are excellent - they know their business and can answer my questions. They give great advice and let me know what work needs to be done in the future. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly.
