Friendly helpful staff. They made good suggestions and brought me multiple sizes to dressing room as I was trying on.

I really want to find something nice to say but after not being acknowledged or helped when i clearly was looking for sizes on the floor. Elderly ladies trying on coats were being ignored by all 3 staff members who were focused on opening stock. When i was rang up there was no eye contact, and the bag literally faced her not passed to me & i had to say to her have a nice day! There were multiple people needing help & looking around! The service is better at Coquitlam & Guildford i would suggest driving to their bigger locations & helpful staff.

Shopped here yesterday for the 1st time and was surprised at the cute business wear selection. Service was great and change rooms were great with 3 mirrors!
