Not sure if they are even doing hourly since pandemic. We've always had a monthly rental space. The building says for sale but so far we can still blast our tunes there!
One of the last remaining rehearsal spaces that hasn't been converted to a condo. That might be coming soon because they don't seem to be putting much into maintenance and upkeep.
Standard jam space. A bit run down. Washrooms are kept clean.
Great clean rooms. Quality gear. Helpful staff if you need something. 2 issues . If you bring your own gear. You got to carry up a few flights of stairs. Very tiring. Street parking is a pain.
I was here in 2019. Didn't like the customer service.Administrator there was horrible.I would ask him a question and he would then make it look like I am not even there. Overall,not a customer-friendly place.Plus,guys,it doesn't look like it is on the photos on the website.The place is pretty worn out
Its now closed down. Sad loved that place.
Some rooms are good. Others are not. The floor wedge in room 4 is wired like a regular speaker not like a monitor. Bands rehearsing need this set up they same way they would play in a bar, or venue. I'm 99% that a band isn't going to have a monitor facing them matching the front of house feed.
Great chain of rehearsal spaces. You have access to this great community of musicians. The rooms are decent and serve the purpose for sure. Whole place smells like pot but that doesn't bother me any. There's no parking aside from street parking so plan for that. I think you can load in from the street but you can't park there.
This was my first time in this RF and I'm not very impressed, we booked room 3. 1st, the drum kit that is shown in the website is 5 pieces and what I found there was just 4, the mounting of the Tom was completely loose and worn so you can't adjust it, the Tom was hanging over the Bass drum. 2nd the PA system was deficient at least in our room voices sounded low volume and muffled, we tried to adjust it the most that we can but never sounded good enough. Room isolation is not perfect but good enough. Place decent and clean.
Great facility! Nice equipment and pretty good sound isolation, but not quite as good as other location. But, first world problems. Will be back again!
