I took my second road test and had the same instructor named Ken Chinese. I chose this registry for my road test based on many positive reviews, but my experience was unfortunately quite the opposite. The examiner, Ken who is highly rated with 5 stars, came across as very serious and impatient. He is angry and mad the way he explains. He doesn't want to accept your explanation or opinion. He always mention that I need to go to a driving school upon knowing that I am new in Calgary. I was given more points on my test than the previous one. It felt more like a money-making process rather than a fair evaluation and Judgment of my driving skills.nnIt seems that all the positive reviews are explicitly requested by the examiner to get the good reviews.

The examiner, Ahmed, who is highly rated with 5 stars, came across as very serious and impatient. He displayed gestures and noises that clearly indicated his frustration. Despite having over 6 years of driving experience in Florida and many more years in India, I was given a score of 115 points. It felt more like a money-making process rather than a fair evaluation of my driving skills.nIt seems that all the positive reviews are explicitly requested by the examiner from candidates who passed the test.
I had my Class 5 road test with Ahmad, and he was such a great instructor! He was super nice, patient, and even funny, which really helped calm my nerves. He made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend Ahmad to anyone who’s getting ready for their road test!
I had good experience doing my road test at this registry. From the front staff to examinators. Had my first test with Ahmed and unfortunately failed, Ahmed kindly explained my mistakes and wished good luck next timethey were stupid mistakes, but I was the one to make them.After that I did another test, this time with Ken and with consideration of my mistakes pointed by Ahmed I did better job and passed ! Ken was very kind at the end of the test and also took his time to give me pointers at things I need to improve/work on.nBoth of these people were professional, straight to the point, and only did what was required of them.nnP.s. Please be kind to these employees, they don’t get paid enough to deal with your shenanigans and they’re just people doing their job. Failing really sucks, and it isn’t cheap to fail,but work on your mistakes and make it happen:
