Whenever I apply for any government-related documents, I made sure the establishment is organized and have good customer service. Apart from its accessibility, A- Plus Registry employees always serve with a smile and you know that they are reliable. Also, thank you Krissy for accommodating us and for always having a positive demeanor in handling every client. We will definitely acquire their service again.
Avoid this office and its rude and uneducated staff at any cost. Went to this office showed my other province expired license. I was told I have to order my records. Ordered the record at 17 dollars per order. Called this office to confirm if they received it and everything was okay. Confirmed on the phone the receipt. Then went to the office in person again and the rude staff told me that they do not accept expired license record. She just denied everything she and her boss had told me the other day. Wanted to file a complaint. Their uneducated and irresponsible manage came and instead of apologizing to waste my time and my money, she started to dance around the matter. I insisted I want to file a complaint and the manager said they do not have process of officially filing a complaint. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE AS THEY TREAT IMMIGRANTS AS SECOND CLASS CITIZENS.
I had a really bad experience with my road tester. He was very rude and told me if he could fail me he would have, even though I passed the exam. It seems like such a money grab to try and fail people. They’re wait times are bad as well
Had a very pleasant experience getting my driver's license here. Staff was very polite and professional and even waited couple minutes past closing time until I was done.
Always had very helpful clerks at this location except on July 29th, 2022. One young Hispanic staff member by name Maria ruined my day. The moment she called my number, my wife and I felt the negative vibe and the nonchalant attitude of Maria. She was unhelpful and had no idea about drivers license abstract but sadly unwilling to learn even when a mature staff member tried to help her. On top of that, she kept making faces like a teenager in a high school. We both just ran away from the registry and drove up to NorthHill one and they took care of our requests professionally.
I would like commend the service given by Cristy when I processed documents from the registry. She is very helpful and never doubt to share her knowledge on what I can do more and utilize the service of registry. Giving more than 5 stars! Great service!
My Road Test Instructor Suki was fantastic. Very patient and made a very stressful exercise much more painless.
So most registries won't answer their phone on a busy saturday, but Violet did. And Violet served. She was so nice and patient and understanding and I am so happy I spoke to her. She def went above and beyond with my idiotic questions and I kinda want her to be my bff. Next time I have registry needs, I'll definitely be going to her.
I had a great experience In dealing with the staff of A plus registry. They stand by their name. A grade of A+. I had 2 vehicles registered and the process went smoothly. Service was fast and efficient Thanks to the experienced, friendly and welll trained staff who guided as well. Even towards the end of the day, their smiles and good customer service persisted. Highly recommended!
I don’t usually give a review. However, when you have such an AMAZING instructor it is absolutely necessary that I give him a proper shout out! My driving instructor for my class 5 Advanced road test was Suki and he is an absolutely amazing person! Not only did he create an incredibly relaxed testing environment but he also allowed me to have a conversation with him throughout the test… which is exactly what I needed! I want to give such a great shoutout to him and thank him!!!THANK YOU SO MUCH SUKI!!!! If you can ask for an instructor ask for him. There are no words that can emphasize the appreciation I have for him! The people at the reception were fantastic too! They were so sweet and one continuously congratulated me after I passed. So to everyone who was there today and I interacted with KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
