I took my son to this registry for his road test on a busy Saturday afternoon. The lineup stretched right to the door, and while the location isn’t as large as some other registries, the computerized queue system kept things moving efficiently and in an organized manner.nnSince my son was scheduled for a road test, we were able to go directly to the counter to get him checked in and ready. His examiner, Richard, was outstanding—professional, calm, and clear with his instructions before, during, and after the test. Like most teens, my son was feeling nervous, but Richard's calm demeanor really helped him relax.nnThanks to Richard’s supportive approach, my son passed his road test—and I couldn’t be more pleased. I would absolutely recommend Richard to anyone preparing for their road test.nnAfterward, one of the staff members assisted my son with his photo and eye test. Once again, the service was excellent—super friendly staff with genuine smiles all around. A great experience from start to finish.
I want to thank Ashok for his conduct during the road test. This was my 3rd attempt, but first at this registry. He was excellent, from the start he did more than just tell me what to do, he helped calm me down, kept me on track even when things seemed bad. He was professional and very understanding. Thanks to him I passed. Even after I had already passed he went over everything I did get wrong very clearly. He went above and beyond.

The staff are great but it's completely understaffed, not even sure why they have a phone number as it's always busy and you can't get ahold of someone. This is just constructive criticism, hire a single person to man the phones and answer questions.nnI have a driver's abstract that was directly faxed to them and I wanted to call and see if they received it, because waiting an hour in line to get denied takes away from my work day and money out of my pocket.
Would 100% recommend to book here for exam. Mr. Ashok is an amazing examiner and is super chill and will make you feel like it’s just another driving lesson during the exam!! No stress or anything. On the contrary the lady at the registry has got mad attitude lol. Caught an attitude when I asked her a simple question
