I don’t usually write reviews on Google Maps, but this is my first time because I am so disappointed.nnI have taken my road test at this registry six times, and it has become clear that they do not want people to pass. Instead, they seem to make you keep coming back and paying for more tests. The examiners fail candidates over minor or questionable reasons.nnOn my most recent test, the examiner waited until after we had parked to add extra infractions that were never mentioned during the test. When I questioned him about it, he simply said he didn’t care and was out of time. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unfair.nnOn top of that, their customer service is terrible. They never answer their phone, whether you want to book, reschedule, or cancel. If you’re looking for a fair road test experience and good service, avoid this registry at all costs.
My daughter went in for her road test here yesterday. She was really excited but nervous leading up to the exam. Richard was extremely patient and kind and made her feel at ease. He made sure to ask if she had any questions before starting and was very clear on directions making it an easy and pleasant experience for her. I could tell by the smile on her face as soon as she got out of the vehicle, that she had passed the test. Richard was exceptional and a super friendly person! I would highly recommend him! 5 stars
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The service here is incredibly slow—there are plenty of staff members just walking around or sitting idly, yet nothing gets done. On top of that, they’re kicking people out before the official closing time, even those who have been waiting for over an hour. This place is best avoided if you're looking for a timely or respectful experience.
My second road test went very good. Ashuk sorry for the spelling was very helpful before the test reminding me of the basics and helped me to get confident and less stressed. Thanks again Ashuk for this great experience
