Registration Center Longueuil (Longueuil Place)

With appointment the wait period is 2hrs!!!! What's the point of an appointment then? The person at the entrance cannot be bothered with a question or an explanation. The only available answer was - the line is back there. Major failure of the QC government from process to service delivery - I wonder where is our high taxed dollar going - not to public service in any case it is not?!?!

This place is a hell. Service is slow no numbers. People stand for half an hour. This made to make people suffer.

The previous CAA is closed so you have to walk to the new one. They have been helpful and answered all my questions.

I only speak English and people here were very nice to me thanks. Also very quick service

If you don’t have appointment you need to wait at least 2hrs. Although there are many people every day, they are all in order. thanks to all the staff.
