Pretty sure the Registrar’s Office is run by ghosts—sent urgent emails, got no reply. If anyone actually works there, I hope they discover email someday.
Is it impossible to reach this office. The online chat continuously says there are no people available to chat. There is a long wait on the phone, and no one responded to my email inquiry after a week.
James Spray at the Registrar's Office is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people I have ever met. Every time I have dealt with James he was a consummate professional - kind, effective, and got the job done.
