Regina Parking Enforcement

One of the worst experiences I have ever encountered with a sector that is suppose to be there to serve and work with people, not against! The parking sector of the City of Regina does not know their policies and does not listen when you are trying to speak. I will attach a recording of Linda the manager at parking services of Regina to demonstrate. Beware when dealing with Marissa and Rebecca also, they do not understand their jobs.

I thought scammers usually call you to try and get money, no. They are right in front of us here scamming everyone within Regina and giving tickets. How is it that I can not park in front of my own home and get a ticket for it, without paying for a yearly fee? This is a scam! Should be included in our own property taxes we pay! Scammers!

Come on City of Regina you are having fun giving ticket When its -53C outside and people fail to start their vehicle which stop middle of the street while trying to boost. Badge No C719 you may have fun giving ticket driving city warmer vehicle but not everyone has the same privilege.

The city of Regina parking is completely useless, no matter how many times I call with all the details of people parking illegally or for more then 24 hours no one is ever dispatched to do anything. Literally flagged down a city of Regina parking employee right around the corner of my house to let them know someone was parked too close to a corner and for more then 3 days and someone else was parked in front of my driveway. I was told “there is nothing I can do without you calling the city first and then them dispatching me to check”. What type of logic is that, someone is blocking my driveway but there is nothing you can do until I call the city even though your 50 feet away from both illegally parked vehicles. Such a joke trying to get anything done with them.

Called to let them know someone was parked across a public sidewalk. Gave them the address. They wanted a description of the car make, model, # of doors, the plate number, and "any other info" I could provide. Might as well just send me a ticket book and I'll write the ticket for you too. You'd think the enforcement officer could get that info himself when he showed up which he never did.

Complete joke of parking enforcement we have got out of work yesterday had a parking ticket but yet found in four months in a row on a car with no plates or permit parked on city streets and guess what no parking ticket and yet the parking guy drives by the street every single day
