They didn’t even try to deliver the parcel, they just put a delivery notice in the mailbox when I was there. Service is getting absolutely ridiculous.

Not even worth my 1 STAR. It should be NEGATIVE STAR! If you want a reliable service, Canada Post is not the answer. Choose faster service like Fedex/UPS. Other courier service other than Canada POST. The reasons are as follows: 1) PRIORITY MAIL NOT A PRIORITY--- I asked why my parcel was delayed even if i used PRIORITY mail which is supposed to be 1 business day only. I paid a lot of money so my paper application can get on time, but then.... it did not arrive 1 business day! I paid PRIORITY MAIL which is 1 business day. I sent my parcel on TUESDAY and until now...FRIDAY, it has not arrived (as of this writing)! I asked why is it a PRIORITY mail if it is not a PRIORITY?????!!!!! There is another option of xpress which is 1-2 business days which is cheaper, but i did not go that route because I want my parcel to arrive faster! Why would i pay a lot if it would arrive same time as the 1-2 business days!!!! that is insane!!!! 2) I was told that they use FEDEX if it is PRIORITY mail and so I was transferred to FEDEX to track my package. THIS IS A LIE!!! That employee should be sued for telling false information. My package is local (within Canada) and not FEDEX world!!!!! 3) VERY VERY RUDE customer service (phone). 4) I WILL NEVER USE CANADA POST AGAIN !!!!!!

I spoke with Lindsay and she was pleasant and very professional. She helped me with my issue and I felt satisfied with the customer service I received from her. (This was service I received over the phone). Keep up the great work Lindsay!!!

As mentioned previously, closed on Sunday and an edit to Google Maps has been submitted. As well, this location does not carry "retail products" such as mailing bags / boxes. However, right across the street in the Cornwall Centre there is a Shoppers Drug Mart with a full-service outlet. This location does not come up in the Google search at all, needs to be added.
