This was the best car buying experience I could have ever hoped for!! Rebecca was the most fabulous dealer. When I got there on Monday morning my new car was inside and she went over everything. Not sure if all cars are inside but mine was. I felt so important and wanted as a costumer. I was shown around and everything explained. It was such an amazing day.
Prompt, professional service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Sharmin Jahan Tania and Harry Singh made our vehicle purchase so much easier and less stressful.
When dealing with the service department, only talk to Allie. She is awesome!!! She listens, understanding and she cares. Thank you Allie for settling my issues when picking up my Honda. You made my day and my Honda experience!!!!
If you are buying a new vehicle expect a great experience of course as you’re likely spending a lot however after-sales service is terrible from the sales team. Service department is good but how long term customers are treated was a surprise to me.nMy Dad was a long customer of Regina Honda. When he passed away I tried to get help from the Sales Manager to sell his Odyssey. It was a horrible experience. I tried calling for an appointment. I stopped in and waited 20 minutes to see the sales manager and he blew me off without even speaking to me.nI eventually called MooseJaw Honda and they were AMAZING.nIt’s a good thing Honda’s sell themselves and Regina Honda happens to have the only dealership here. I’d highly recommend MooseJaw Honda. They have many Regina customers, will deliver your vehicle and have excellent service.
