Highly recommended: excellent service in short time, I used to go to Finchurst plaza to alter my clothes and they take long time and despite frequent customer to them if you have urgent thing they won’t understand and still need days to fix it. This place is great by default is quick you can get your clothes the second day, also the price is lower. Highly recommend

Been coming here for a long time, decided I had to write a review. Lady who owns the store is really pleasant.. She does exactly what I require with alterations. She's able to look at my waist and decide how much is needing to be done! Overall a great experience and have been recommending her to everyone I know.

Regent Cleaners on Senlac has been my go-to for dry cleaning needs for my work clothes for years, and more recently I've been bringing all my things that needs to be tailored. The owner is wonderful and goes the extra mile to ensure fit and style is balanced, all with a genuine sincerity and warmth that makes keeps me coming back. Although I live near the busy intersection near Finch station where there are plenty of dry cleaner/tailor options, I always find myself making the short drive back to Regent because I know not only will my clothes be taken care of, but also with wonderful customer service from the mom and pop owners!

Fantastic service, have been a customer for years for dry cleaning. Recently I came in to alter my suit jacket since it was too loose, really happy with the owners workmanship since now I have a slim fit suit without buying a new one.

This is the one of greatest little stores in willowdale. The lady here has been doing all of our alterations for years. She even did my daughter's wedding dress. Very thankful to have regent cleaners in the hood

I was looking for a tailor that could custom tailor a few of my baggy suits. I was recommended to Regent Cleaners by a friend and I can truly say I’m so happy with how my suits fit. The service was quick and my suits were altered perfectly. Also, great customer service.

After reviewed its outstanding 5 STAR feedback, I decide to bring my jacket to this place. Never receive a pick up phone call after a week, I went to the place but door was locked on 5:30pm, I came back the other day surprisingly found my jacket's front zipper is broken and it's full of human/pets hair/threads etc?? And the owner charged me $17 without listening my complaints. I won't be back!

They stretched my wool sweater arms by 5” each. I wouldn’t expect this from any dry cleaner but at $15 per garment I certainly expected high quality service. There are most certainly cheaper and more reliable cleaners around.

Awesome dry cleaners. Had alterations done to a blazer and the blazer fits perfectly. The shop is very clean and the owner is very professional. Thanks for everything! Will be back for sure.
