Sold out of face masks. Will not get shipment for one month. Also sold out of hand sanitizer and other types of disinfecting wipes. Google maps does not show the short cut to the back of the store which has an enterance too. Address is 4440 Norfolk .
Incredibly poor service, rude staff in particular the man who fixes equipment. I can no believe how horrible we were treated. They are a store designed to provide service for people with needs. Never ever will I go back.
even though they are busy all the time the staff is very friendly and helpful
Thank you so much Regency you saved my trip to the Island by having fixed my wheelchair on short notice and with the right size tire and when it was accidently forgotten you jumped on it right away and the cost was fantastic. I will always recommend your store for supplies and for repair work and again thanks so much.
