I only called this company after a highly-rated company told me the wait would be 45+ minutes. They told me 10 minutes, were there in 5 minutes. The driver was polite, friendly, patient and an excellent driver. I was shocked given the poor railing here.

Regal taxi has improved dramatically in the last few months. Before they would just not even show up. Now they are prompt, and reliable. The prices are quite reasonable too. Ppl should give them another shot.
This might be the least customer friendly business I have ever dealt with. Given the chance to give it 0 stars, I would happily. Angry defensive call center workers and slow as molasses service. I wish I was able to use other taxi services in Outaouais but I am legally not allowed.
