This place has gone downhill really quickly! The movies do NOT look like they are being run on 4K projectors, the image is not nearly as sharp as it should be or it could be that the projectionists do not know how to focus their equipment. Also the picture is incredibly dark as thought the projector has far exceeded it's lamp life! We've mentioned these issues to several different employees & managers and nothing has changed. As for the audio, the surround sound is nonexistent. It sounds like there might be speakers in the rear but the audio does not track around the auditorium! It also seems as though the have no subs. Or the crossover point they have set cuts off nearly all of the low end frequencies. As such the mid range and higher frequencies are coming off WAY too loud. This used to be our go to theater since it opened but these last like 5 years have seen it go down hard! I do NOT intend on seeing another movie at this theater.

I've been coming to Regal Theaters 6yrs. The past few months I've notice that not one person in management or customer service couldn't answer a question about the regal rewards. It's very important that the team should be trained on their current offers or rewards. I talked to a manager named Danny and he had no clue about regal rewards. To be honest Danny didn't even greet us or welcome us to the regal theaters. I give Danny 10 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 down. Happy Holidays

I've been going here ever since I was a little kid and I love it. I don't think they should change anything about it. They have great seating. I love it!

This was my first time visiting this theatre. It's not thr closest to me but I was meeting friends here. Stadium seating that was comfortable, no recliners. Staff was friendly. Decor is retro late 80's early 90's but it was clean and that's all that really matters. I did not have any concessions. I would not pass up my local theater to visit this one again but will visit again if the need arises.

It's a decent theater. I'd love to seen it upgrade to modern seating, sound, screens, and projection. Great popcorn, though.
