As a movie theater the chairs, screens and audio are satisfactory. AS FOR THE PERSONNEL, during the latest Star Wars we had a female manager who did a mid movie exit check. She promptly walked up the flight of stairs and began to stare at me for no less than 10 minutes. It was very uncomfortable and I finally got up to ask here what the issue was. She asked if I was smoking a cigarette. Which I clearly was not. I don’t smoke anything, ever. She then stood there for a few more minutes before leaving. I missed a crucial character “death” and I don’t plan on returning thanks to the middle aged female manager. I wish I had her name.

I tried doing something as simple as calling the theater and spent a multitude of wasted time with computer voices. Being a patient man, and seeing I was calling within business hours, I kept trying. Well an hour has gone by and I’m giving up the ghost. Will I ever go back? Maybe. Will I pursue all other forms of cinema viewing before? Definitely. I will not, however, have hostile views towards its employees because it is 100% out of their control. It’s just a poorly managed company with poor channels of communication.

Very friendly staff. Very professional and well trained. Love coming here. Very family friendly and the fireplace is super cool!

Comfortable seats and polite staff. Nice environment and good volume on movies, not too loud or too quiet. I very much enjoy going to this theater.

Have never had a bad experience here, and have been many times. Popcorn has always been good. High pricing for snacks and drinks is normal for most movie theaters. No issues with that. Staff have always been friendly and fairly good at handling busy situations. Theaters are clean. Advertisements and commercials are a part of the business and experience. Give it a chance.
