Due to an unfortunate oversight on the part of a hardware store, my black-upholstered trunk ended up being completely covered in light colored paint. I called referral cleaning and they were able to get me in immediately. I'm so impressed with how helpful they were, how friendly, and how hard they work to get my upholstery cleaned. It looks so much better and I'm so thankful to them! I would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a team of people who really care, and excellent service. I will be using them from now on for all of my carpet cleaning needs!

If you are looking to have your carpets or upholstery cleaned in your home, PLEASE, do yourself a favor and don't waste your time looking elsewhere. Yes, you will find other carpet cleaners out there that are cheaper. But from personal experience (and learning this lesson the hard way), if you choose one of the "other guys", not only will a quality job NOT be accomplished, but no other company will provide the level of professionalism and courteousness that Referral does. *HANDS DOWN* there is NO ONE else locally that will accomplish the job the way they do. They truly have set the standard for every other company to follow. Some noteworthy things to say about the staff @ Referral: 1. They are very friendly. 2. Incredibly knowledgeable 3. They do NOT cut corners. 4. They are VERY considerate of your home and belongings. 5. They work hard, from the time they come through the door to the time they leave. A note to individuals who are having their carpets cleaned for the first time: if your carpets are still wet by the time the staff leave, they did NOT DO THE JOB CORRECTLY. Having experience with 2 other companies now, I have had to call them back because the next day, the carpets were STILL not dry, and it made our home smell incredibly mildewy. Ok, I know this is lengthy, so I'm going to leave off there~just know we are incredibly passionate about the service that Referral provides and can say with absolute confidence that they are worth every last penny you spend and then some! Thank you to the awesome team @ Referral!

Since my girlfriend was not allowed to express my opinion for me, here I am. I will start off with saying they do a good job when it comes to carpet cleaning. Good workers, sure. Before I saying anything, I definitely did ‘voluntarily resign’. Why would I want to work for a company that leads me on to tell me I did a great job, only to be lying the whole time? Not sure if they kept me around because they had ‘hope’ or if it was because of the extremely big project we did the day before. My opinion has been justified and I am happy that I am out of this company and do not have to deal with them any longer. It has been justified by the actions and behaviors of them, Alan, has been displaying recently. I wish I could say I enjoyed my time there and after but I can not. I will not be returning to a family own company ever again, especially this one.

I originally contacted Referral Cleaning & Restoration after another carpet company examined my carpets and determined that their method of cleaning would "destroy" my carpets. Referral Cleaning not only came the next day, they were downright giddy over the opportunity to clean my "type" of carpet. They took pride in their work and repeatedly showed me the "before and after" work as they proceeded. I was AMAZED at the results! 4 kids, a cat, and a dog and they made them look like new! They may be a bit pricier but I will happily pay for such great results!

Referral is the only carpet cleaning company we use. They may seem a little pricey on the surface, but they're absolutely magical. I have two boys and a dog that are all about hard living - and our carpet is a lighter shade of beige. The number of mystery stains that Referral has gotten out of my carpets are too legion to count. The carpet is over ten years old and when they leave it looks like new! I couldn't recommend Referral more highly. They're value for the money, and you won't be disappointed.
