Reeves Plumbing & Heating is a family owned company. We specialize in plumbing, heating, air conditioning, drain cleaning and gas line repair. We do commercial and residential service and installation of plumbing and HVAC. We specialize in tankless water heaters, sewage clogs, furnace and air conditioning repairs. Our techs are trained everyday on specific items in our industry. We want to serve you!

I was given the card for Reeves from my son, who had used the company to repair his furnace. We had no heat the day after Christmas, and they sent someone out within two hours of my call. Phil was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! He determined that our furnace was working properly, and was shutting off because we had too many vents closed. He stayed for several hours to make sure the furnace stayed on when taken to the temperature we had set. He could have replaced parts, but was honest and did not make any unnecessary repairs. I knew our hot water tank, which has lasted twenty years, was on it's last leg, so while there I asked him to look at it. It was leaking, so I decided to go ahead and schedule to replace it. They called the next day and gave me an appointment the following day. Phil showed up at the time promised, once again, and installed the new tank. He was again friendly and professional. We now have a new hot water tank! I would recommend Reeves to anyone who needs heating or plumbing work done, and will definitely use them again!

Reeves Plumbing was very responsive to our emergency plumbing needs. Their staff was helpful and friendly and were able to start on a fix right away in order to meet a tight deadline. We did find that their pricing seemed a little higher than their competitors, the work took longer than quoted, and we had to do more clean-up than expected, but as unexpected issues came up they stuck to the initial cost quote and did not charge extra fees. Altogether, we were happy with their service and would recommend them.

New to the Cleveland area and woke up today to my basement flooded. Didn't know who to call and stumbled across these guys on Google. Called them and they were here within the hour. Turns out we had a root clog in the sewer line near the street. Phil was our service guy and he was amazing. He resolved our issue, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Awesome service! Plan to call them after the holidays about some a.c. work! A++++

Matt came out a cold, snowy night for an emergency call. Got to my house at 1 am! He was helpful and answered all my questions. They got the part the next day and got it in by that afternoon. Very professional and helpful.

These guys are great. Extremely professional and I felt quite at ease while they were working on my toilet. My technician was Phil and he came out and was able to get me up and going in a couple hours. He was very nice and extremely professional, didnt leave any mess and my toliet works great. There prices are fair and If I need any further work done I will call these guys again!
