Delicious ! Hits everything, friendly, local, fresh. The burgers were juicy and tasty. The red sauce on the flatbread was really tasty! They have a full bar if interested
I stopped by with the family for lunch before hiking and was thoroughly impressed. The decor is impressive, the service was great, and all of our food was excellent and even got thumbs up from the kids-- both of whom are notoriously picky eaters. The fries at Ree's North are perfect and their mac & cheese is also really, really good. Highly recommend this place. Kid-friendliness: Excellent menu options for kids.
Excellent food, service and atmosphere. My brother and l frequently go there for lunch. We try different items on the menu so we can enjoy the different flavors and variations of items. No matter what you order the quality of the food is outstanding!
Highly recommend! We made a last-minute decision to stop in on our way through town and so glad we did! The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the live music was pleasant. We’ll definitely be back!
Eaten at Reeds North a few times over take out and it was good minus the last and final time I will eat there. To start, the women over the phone taking my order was incredibly rude and condescending for asking about clarifications on non meat options as there was a vegetarian in the group of orders. The food itself was fine except for the coleslaw. It was completely rancid and I spent all night throwing up just from one bite. It was an odd yellow color and was congealed almost like jelly with an absolutely awful smell. I can’t imagine how long past it’s due date it was being served and hope nobody else order it that night. Had positive experiences with this place up until then but that will be my last time dining here.
We got the short rib Shepard’s pie special and the cremarosa pasta and shared them. We couldn’t decide which one we liked better because they were both so amazing! The veggies in the Shepard’s pie were deeply caramelized and so flavorful and the pasta sauce was rich without feeling heavy.
Had the wings and grilled cheese, great service, good food, it just smelled a bit like a candle store in there, very strong. Not the right smell for a restaurant, but will go again and hope it doesn't smell that strong next time.
Reed's North is my new local "go to" restaurant. I ordered the fish sandwich and was pleasantly surprised about how fresh and delicious it was. The fries were very good and tasted like they were cut from high quality potatoes. The staff was extremely kind and the atmosphere was very authentic. I was very impressed with the musical performer, as he was able to give the restaurant a very welcoming vibe. The only reason I am giving this restaurant a four star instead of five is because the coleslaw was disappointing and did not have a fresh taste. Overall, this is a great restaurant and I highly recommend it. I will definitely be coming back within the foreseeable future.
Nice atmosphere, good beer selection. Service was prompt and friendly. Our meals however were underwhelming. Burger came out well done despite being ordered medium, bacon was rubbery and soggy on the chicken sandwich, wings were also on the soggy side, flavor was good but texture was somewhat off putting. Lastly the grilled cheese had nearly all the cheese on one side of the sandwich, The fries and the steak and cheese egg roll were good. Also, in fairness, when pointed out that the burger was overcooked the waitress did offer to take it back.
We ate lunch here before touring the Telephone Museum also super awesome on Saturday 8/20 and were extremely pleasantly surprised at the fresh and delicious meals brought out to us by the accommodating and super friendly waitress. Our daughter had the fried shrimp and fries basket and both my husband and I had their turkey sandwich with fries and both were extraordinarily fresh and topnotch delicious! The fries were the best fries I've had at a restaurant in years, I think. Wow is all I can say! We originally planned to eat at the place down the street called The Kitchen, but the owner of that place has made a point of whimsically closing whenever he's too busy with his catering company out of Portsmouth what a ridiculous way to run a business!. We're SO GLAD it was closed because we found a gem of a local spot as a go-to to have a comfortable and casual meal now, which we probably would not have found had it not been for this fortuitous accident. Thank you to everyone at Reed's North who understands completely what great, fresh, and delicious food is! I have to give kudos as well to the level of cleanliness and attention to safe-food-handling too because everything in the condiment caddy was super clean and I was overwhelmingly impressed with general cleanliness of the entire establishment. This place will never let The Kitchen get a foothold on the restaurant eating-public in this area in my opinion!! I just moved to Hopkinton with my husband from Pennsylvania to be closer to our daughter in Concord, and have been looking for gems like this for months now! I may never eat at The Red Blazer again now that I found this awesome local place. Thank you AGAIN and well done, Reed's North!!!!
