Great food. Service was amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to make our dining experience lovely. Our glasses never went empty and our plates were cleaned up quickly. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We went here awhile ago and it was good but this time it was okay... the food was bordering on too salty, the service was really relax, maybe too much. I use to think of it above the regular steak joints but not really anymore. Not bad but not special. Awww

A little more pretentious than rustic, especially the prices, but great food and top notch service.

Disappointed with our dinner at Redwater last night. Service was very slow - ordered drinks first - which took 10-15min to get - then ordered an appetizer and mains. We waited over an hour before receiving our food or having someone come talk to us. The manager did come to apologize about the delay and that we were 'stuck' behind two large parties (despite arriving before these parties). He offered to fill our already full glasses of wine as a 'gesture'. When we drank some of the wine before he could pour more he commented 'oh, now you guzzle your wine'. It was extremely rude to offer wine and then insult your customers for making room in their wine glasses. When the food did come out - it was ok. The steak my husband had was great - the feature pork chop was good - but not great. When the manager came by and asked how was the food - I replied 'good' - he said 'just good?' and I said - 'yes, just good - the flavourings are great, but the meat is a bit dry' The manager replied 'oh, wow, tough crowd' before walking off. Yet another insult from the manager who was trying to make our experience better. I'm not sure if others have had similar experiences - however we were disappointed and insulted by the manager. We won't be going back anytime soon.
