While the store is noce and clean. I cannot beleive when i calles they said the had a.lower priced battery they qould put aside for me. So i went there and i was told they didn't have it in stock and they would have to order it in. They had a.250.00 battery there. So i wasn't happy and went to Redwater auto parts and bought a battery for 150.00. I am not happy about NAPA in Redwater. Pulling a bait and switch. Accidentally or not. Since i called.them first.
Purchased a battery for my car, went to start car.....nothing. Called them they were helpful, until i got there.Proceeded to tell me they wont warranty a 2 month old battery because i didnt take care of it.I parked car on road like, most other folks in Canada, mainly due to the fact i work shift work, so ill admit, the car does not see as much use as a typical daily driver. FYI if your battery freezes they wont replace it, and ive called all the manufacturers of batteries and they all say the same thing, its on the customer to ensure battery charge is sufficient to keep acid levels higher than water levels inside battery cells, which will result in a better chance of it not freezing in typical Canadian winter. In conclusion they werent lying to me, however, the fact they dont VERBALLY mention this on purchase tells me they only care about receiving your $$. They should really tell you this when you purchase a battery!! it creates trust and shows that they actually care about selling you a product that does the job you need it to do. Its their loss, $200 battery not replaced will cost them the roughly $4000-5000 i typically spend there every year maintaining family & friends vehicles. End of the day Redwater autoparts is a much better choice, guys there a super helpful, and thier parts are not marked up as high as NAPAs

Recently purchased a acre of land and was needing to get stocked up on some lawn care essentials. Jacob was so great to deal with, ended up leaving with a Zero Turn and a lawn sweeper. Couldn’t be happier with the deal I got. Highly recommend checking it out, also owned by a family who lives within the community.
Big thanks to Jacob for hooking me up with the husqvarna backpack blower and helping with the decision on which one would be best for what I need, used it once so far and love it, easy to use and comfortable on the back and I’m sure it will be great for snow also. Highly recommend this place very knowledgeable, will definitely be back thanks again for the help and decision bud.
Had a couple mowers in need of some TLC. The boys at Napa were able to get me all the parts I needed for some well over due maintenance. As well as a few tools to get the job done. 10/10 recommend.

Purchased a push lawn mower from here last summer, and a new chainsaw for spring cleanup this spring. The mower started on the first pull even after sitting in the shed all winter and has no issues tackling the longer grass when I let it get a little too out of hand! The chainsaw was a hard call, there are so many different options at different price points to chose from. Definitely worth checking out if you have some yard projects you want to tackle! Staff are super knowledgeable and very friendly :
Needed a car battery, brought two in. All exchanged in 10 mins, was a fantastic experience with friendly staff!
