I went to Redwater Dodge a few months ago for an oil change(which was MUCH cheaper) on my jeep. The service crew there took great care of us. After a few months my spouse and I were talking about upgrading to a Grand Cherokee. We live in Fort Mac and we were on our way home from Edmonton last week and the engine light came on. I called Redwater to see if they could check it out before they close. No problem at all. It was close to closing but they still took us in with no issue at all. While there we got talking to Anna who ended up showing us a 2016 Grand Cherokee they had! It was gorgeous. My wife instantly fell in love with it....and with that Anna and Matt(sales manager) stayed late to get all our paperwork in order to buy. They made everything easy as can be. This was on a Tuesday night and after work that week we drove down to pick up our new to us Grand Cherokee Saturday morning. Everything was great. Anna is fantastic to deal with and even texted us on a long weekend while with her family to check in on us to make sure everything was good. I can't say enough about Redwater Dodge, Anna and the rest of the crew there. I recommend them to everyone!!

I never do reviews, but they definitely deserve one! Not only do they offer the awesome $10 oil change deal but they provide a buying experience like no other. I recently just purchased my new vehicle through Redwater Dodge and I could not be more pleased with the service I received! The whole team is super friendly and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you’re 100% satisfied. My sales lady Anna was wonderful, she was super knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole buying experience which was super important to me. I have nothing but positive things to say about Redwater Dodge, I highly recommend!

I am amazed that a dealership exists that expresses honesty, integrity, no song and dances, no hidden games and leaves you excited that you purchased a vehicle! Because as a consumer, you deserve to feel excited and happy after a vehicle purchase. Shannon was an amazing help, she took care of all of my needs, I didn't know it could be this easy. Redwater Dodge makes it easy! I flew from out of town and drove it home. And it was still EASY! I highly recommend. Thanks Shannon!

Incredible service. They were able to squeeze me in last minute right before thanksgiving. The cost was reasonable and they were all so professional and helpful! They followed up several times with updates on my vehicle and had it finished well before I expected them to even though they were swamped all day. I will definitely be bringing my business back here!

Redwater Dodge, Home of the Rig ready Rams, and the $10.00 oil change, is by far the best dealership out there! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They take the time to get to know you and what you are looking for in a vehicle. They don't stop until they find the perfect one. I highly recommend Redwater Dodge. So don't hesitate to give them a shout or stop in and see them. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Ben, and the rest of team!
