Dan Kneeshaw is one of the highest quality and most amiable barbers I have ever encountered. Likewise, Tennille has a kind, welcoming personality and an immense wealth of knowledge with over 30 years of experience. The environment is spotlessly clean and they always strive to make you feel comfortable. They are always on time and are very friendly. This is by far the best barber in the Kootenays and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. Props to Tennille and Dan!
Amazing experience, so kind, hair cut was exactly what I expected and price is ok vs the attention that you receive there, more than happy to recommend and for sure I will go back.

We arrived in Rosland which is one of our favourite little towns in the Kootenays. We brought our son to RedTop barbershop. We saw on the door masks were required which is fine. Another customer went in seconds before us and was told that they had plenty of appointments available and to have a seat. We asked if our son could get a haircut as well. The lady looked at us, asked if we were from out of town we said yes then she said she had no room for the next 2 days.. she asked if we were staying in town only for the night we replied yes and she said awe that's too bad.
I got a haircut from Dan back in March and months later my Mom still says "Your hair looks so nice! Whoever cut your hair did such a good job!". So if you're looking for a place where your Mom will call you handsome for months afterwards, this be the one.

Waste of my time as they are appointment only. Maybe change your answering machine which says you are open. Shop was empty when they said no. Anyway appointment only is totally fine just put it on your answering machine so you don’t waste peoples time thanks anyway bye. Apparently they book 2 to 3 weeks in advance.
I am a 55 year old man with a healthy head of hair that requires a cut every 6 weeks or so. I have never had a wash and cut with a "real" barber. This is exactly what I got here. Many thanks to Dan, I truly felt spoiled by what I thought was just another haircut. Highly recommended! Make an appointment first, even if its last minute. You will not regret it, I have found my new permanent barber, thanks Dan!
