Absolutely horrible customer service. The airline changed the flight and I've asked the representative from RedTag to call me on 3 separate occasions and she absolutely refuses, simply emails me to tell me that the "airline" will not allow changes to the flights because it is less than a half hour. Why is it so hard to actually PICK UP A PHONE and Call your customers when they ask you to?!!!!!
