My wife and I moved to Rossland for the summer of 2022 and I needed a place to golf! I gave the course a call to inquire about some rates and was greeted as if I was a local! Jeff - the manager - was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was always smiling, very accomodating and extremely friendly. I have to say, this course was one of my all time favorites within all of BC. The course itself was always in immaculate condition and the people working there were always friendly, kind and courtious. Definitely a summer of golf I won't forget and would 100% recommend this course to anyone who is in the area or travelling through!
It was a good thing we had the Canada Golf Card, at full price this golf course would have been a great disappointment. Yes you are at elevation compared to other courses, BUT then you need to adjust green fees accordingly. We walked, but we have never experienced a cart path that was a gravel pit like this. Sorry, but we will not come back.
A round at Redstone never disappoints! Beautiful and challenging but fair Les Furber designed golf course with gorgeous views, awesome staff, delicious food, charming clubhouse, unique setting.
A very nice Les Furber course! Unfortunately the current maintenance and upkeep on course isn’t up to a “premium fee” course. Who aerates all the greens, lays sand down and leaves the aerated plugs on the greens for May long weekend? Bizarre and not good enough. Several bridges had rotten boards that need replacement…not simply a piece of plywood nailed over rotten boards. A number of tee boxes and green aprons are very steep and should have pathway or steps leading to playing surface. This is also true of the driving range. Put a path or steps in. A very nice course, just not seeing the love and attention it should.
Hit up the driving range and I had a nice time. Friendly and helpful staff with a great vibe
Beautiful course. Challenging. Loved the seclusion of the holes. No over paths....very dusty
Course pro was awesome, course was in great shape. Challenging course, particularly the back 9, beautiful views,top-quality golf at a reasonably affordable price. Great food in the clubhouse. Will return and highly recommend.
I have been to all the golf courses in area and Redstone is by far my favorite course to play, from challenging holes to the wildlife, it just can't get any better. With Jeff running the show and all the fantastic staff at Redstone it can't be beat. Top notch
Friendly staff and amazing facility. I’ve played a lot of top notch courses and didn’t expect to see such a gem hidden in the Kootenays. More challenging than other courses in the area and greens were rolling great.
I hadn't played this course since it was rebuilt. It is spectacular, both the redone old front 9 and the new back 9. The fairways are lush, the greens are like a plush carpet yet fast, and the views are like none other. I played in early October, so the fall colors were beautiful. The course is challenging, with a lot of very interesting shots. One of the best and most beautiful courses I have ever played.
