Redmond's Complete Comfort

I would highly recommend Redmond’s. Maverick was very nice and informative while diagnosing and repairing my furnace. It was a positive experience from beginning to end. I really appreciate that everyone I interacted with at Redmond’s was friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable and made suggestions for maintenance without being pushy. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Brad Ferguson came to our house giving us a very informative description of their Bryant mini-splits and how they work. I was very impressed by his knowledge and his 100% backing of his product. We then took a trip to their office in Lock Haven to view the mini split and how well it ran. Once again impressed by how quiet it was. I have only positive things to say about my experience with RCC! When I first made contact with their office I was desperate to find a servicer to fix my boiler who was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. They are all of those things! Justin from Redmond’s Complete Comfort arrived at our rental home over the weekend to fix the propane heater. He was very polite and was incredibly thorough in taking the unit apart several times to clean it out and get it in working order. He explained what he did and gave advice on next steps. This is a review of my first experience with Redmond's Complete Comfort. Service technician Josh was very professional and seemed very knowledgable. He did a thorough job servicing our boiler. Josh also took the time to explain every aspect of what he was doing. The office staff we spoke to when scheduling the appointment were also very professional and helpful. Based on this experience Redmond's has earned our recommendation.
