I ordered a Butter Paneer Pizza from Red, but it was badly burnt and overcooked. The crust and toppings were charred, and the paneer tasted bitter instead of soft and flavorful. The cheese was dried out, and the overall taste was unpleasant. This was very disappointing and not worth the money.

Red Swan used to be one of my favourite places—the staff was always friendly and the pizza quality was great. But over the last 6 months, things have really changed, especially with the evening staff. The customer service has become very disappointing, and even the quality of the pizza has gone down. I really hope they improve, because this place used to be amazing.
I want to give them zero stars today. We ordered two pizzas, and they were completely disgusting in taste. When we contacted them to request a replacement, they responded that they couldn't do anything. It was extremely disappointing. If you can't get a refund, that's okay, but at least make a new one. I recommend not eating from them.
I usually like giving places a fair chance, but my experience at Red Swan was really disappointing. The service felt slow and unorganized, and the staff didn’t seem interested in helping. The pizza wasn’t fresh, the toppings were uneven, and it honestly didn’t taste like the quality Red Swan is known for. For the price, I expected way better. Definitely not a good experience this time.
